Anchor Industries’ Wellness Program

Presented by:  Roger Krebsbach, HR Director & Jeannie Davis, Benefits Specialist, Anchor Industries, Inc.

Are you interested in learning more about other member companies’ wellness programs? What initiatives have other companies successfully adopted?  What wellness activities have worked to engage their employees?

 Please join us for this informative presentation and learn more!  Key topics that will be addressed include Anchor Industries’ company history and wellness culture, current wellness programs and initiatives and wellness program successes.

Roger Krebsbach has over 25 years of HR management experience in retail, distribution, financial services, and manufacturing.  He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds an Associates degree in Marketing from Hawkeye Institute and a Bachelors Degree in Personnel Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa.    Roger currently wears multiple hats as the Director of HR for Anchor Industries, a manufacturer of party tents and pool covers, in Evansville, Indiana.

Jeannie Davis has worked for Anchor Industries for 33 years and has worked the majority of this time as a Benefits Specialist.  Jeannie developed the Anchor Wellness Program many years ago – well before other companies in the area considered wellness a viable cost containment strategy.

Roger and Jeannie have recently opened an on-site health clinic at Anchor for the 300 employee workforce and their families.

The agenda for the meeting will be:

• 8:00 – 9:00 am –    Scott’s presentation
