| Hospital Quality & Safety Initiative |
| Local organizations have taken responsibility for inviting hospitals in their communities to complete the quality and safety survey, and TSBGH has been chosen to lead this effort in Southern Indiana working in conjunction with the Indiana Employers Quality Health Alliance (IEQHA), chosen to lead this effort in all other parts of Indiana. A Steering Committee leading this venture includes private employers, the State of Indiana, the City of Indianapolis, the Indiana State Chamber of Commerce, and the Indiana Manufacturer’s Association. As a result of the joint efforts of TSBGH and IEQHA, 122 hospitals in Indiana were targeted for survey participation in 2007. |
